My wardrobe was installed by OPSH more than 10 years ago. Recently the mechanism of the bi-fold door was spoil. I contacted OPSH and to my surprise they still kept a copy of my pole system drawing and information. Everyone in the team was professional. Their watapp response was fast and Alvin came down to access the damage part and after confirming the faulty mechanism part number. He arranged the replacement date without delay. The showroom is conveniently located in the middle of Havelock road which is highly visible, the showroom has the all black design and the Zen option which is the more popular one nowdays and there is a section with all the different types of door for you to choose from which i personally love itWhat I like about opsh is the customisable design that allow you to choose from the doors to the interior and even the colour of the rods used in the wardrobe not to mention the endless combinations... where you can add in drawers, shelf, hanging rods and even a pants rack. It even come with LED which allow me to find my clothes easily.In case you decided to drop by you can park directly behind the showroom and reverse in, if there is a car than is the salesman car from opsh so don't worry and park your car there with ease.The staff and friendly and helpful, they always update you before coming to install and special mention to Alvin which help to replace my wardrobe door once I told him there was some issue with it. The quality of wardrobe and fixtures are good - even after 10 years, the components of first wardrobe are good (which we have since taken it and refurbished into the wardrobe in our second order). I had a great experience with OPSH. I wanted to have an open-concept wardrobe in my common room and found OPSH online. Alvin greeted me when I walked into their showroom at River Valley. He patiently explained and answered all our queries and was not pushy to get the deal sealed. We went back to explore all the options we have and the layout of the design. We then came back to him in 1-2 weeks’ time to sign the contract. We did a L-shaped (6ft by 5ft) wardrobe as the room was not as spacious as we have a king-sized bed. As much as we would like to have a sliding door on... both sides, he strongly discouraged us to get that as the sliding door on the 5ft side would turn out to be less stable, hence we went forth with a casement door on the 5ft side and the sliding door on the 6ft side. The only thing we do not like, would be the lighting for the dressing unit. It was not as bright as we expected it to be. My new house is barely a year and due to extreme hot and cold weather recently, the poles need adjustment and all I did was to message Alvin and all be adjusted as soon as they can arrange (within a week)! They do not avoid or find me troublesome. Instead they did it ASAP and said it’s for our safety so no trouble at all! I first bought a modular wardrobe with sliding doors 3 years ago and I was very satisfied with the workmanship. The price is very reasonable for its quality, convenience and durability. The sliding doors are protected by cushioning mechanism which decreases the impact caused for prolonged closing and opening of the doors. When I decided I need another wardrobe this year, I contacted OPSH again.I was very pleased that OPSH was able to customize the wardrobe in the way that would maximise... storage space and not affect the area in which the aircon service man need to enter/exit because I decided to utilise that entrance for hanging of clothes. We have relocated the the 1st set (done in 2010) to our 2nd home in 2017 and it is still in impeccable condition, even till now. I really like the wardrobe done by OPSH in my home. It has saved a lot of space and I am able to put away my clothes in a more organised and neat manner. The workmanship is excellent and all transactions were done online. I just had to go down to the store once to view the showroom and choose according to my requirements. Trustworthy too. Chee Yang's follow up was excellent. He provided good suggestions to overcome issues during the design phase for a pole system for my bomb shelter as a beautiful secondary wardrobe space instead of the usual metal shelves. We had our kitchen cabinet and room cabinets done by OPSH. As we are both first-time home owners, we relied on our own research and on the advice of Alvin. Alvin is the one whom we trusted the most. He definitely knows his works very well. the advices that he gave were very useful too! He is also very prompt in updating us on the progress of the work, which we really appreciate. The whole process was fuss free, we did not need worry at all. After we done up our Kitchen Cabinet and Room... Wardrobes, we still get Alvin to change our 4 DB Box door to 2 glass door, and my wife likes these 2 glass doors a lot as it is situated right beside the main door. Alvin was very prompt in replying our queries and even came down in a short notice to measure our toilet vanity cabinet as it was a last minute decision to add it in after all the things are done. Arrangement for work to be done was smooth and when there was delay due to unforeseen circumstances, he called to inform and promise to try to keep to original deadline as close as possible. The carpentry are made from high quality wood, all sides laminated well. Hinges were great, aluminium tracks, poles and everything else too. Totally did not regret going with OPSH for my walk-in wardrobe! The finished product is superb! Love it! Alvin and team of installers were great! They never missed an appointment and always could deliver what they promised. Alvin was especially helpful and sincere. Although we did not get OPSH to do the lightings for our wardrobe, Alvin still provided advice on the electrical wiring and type of lights.

OPSH did my TV console, lounge cabinets, kitchen cabinets, toilet cabinets and wardrobes about 3 years back. They still look beautiful. The other day I had a problem with one of the hinges. OPSH came back to rectify to our satisfaction. Very good customer service. Highly recommended.
